For men: a tuxedo is not required, a dark suit prefered.
For women: a cocktail dress or an elegant costume.

Russian traditional food is famous for it’s refinement and nutrition. It is a combination of plentiful fish, poultry, caviar, mushrooms, berries and honey. Crops of rye, wheat, barley and millet provided the ingredients for a plethora of breads, pancakes, cereals, beer and vodka.

Adopting culinary habits and tastes from other cultures, the Russian cuisine has fine-tuned them according to its own taste. Contemporary Russian cuisine is a creative adaptation of recipes from other nations in accordance with Russian culinary traditions.
